If the Starship Enterprise is on a voyage of exploration, so am I! I like to find out what’s really going on, hence my blog, STAR TREK On My Mind, and my How Art Works podcast. I like to explore culinary delights as well, hence my kitchen and baking blogs, both with recipes. I like art and design, hence I learned all about tartans and how to create them. And any chance I get, I read books about everything under the sun. As a historian, I want to go “where man has gone before,” and broaden my experience of life by seeing how others have lived it. As a writer and artist though, I want to do as the Enterprise crew and go whether others haven’t been yet. Past, present, future: to be happy, we need them all!
